Searching for homes and land
There are many tools available for searching for homes and land making it easy to see what is on the market. Some sites are better than others at providing up-to-date information. We recommend using HomeSnap.com or Realtor.com which refresh listing information several times a day.
We also recommend working with one of our agents to find a property that meets your needs. Our agents have relationships with many potential sellers from being involved in many local community groups. We can share information about properties that are "coming soon" that are a good fit for you.
Maya Angelou once said that creativity is boundless: the more you use, the more you have. This issue of American Lifestyle encourages you to embrace creativity with a ceramist profile, delightful winter recipes, viewing party hosting tips, and February travel ideas. There are plenty of interesting and enlightening places to take in, such as a love-centric town in Colorado, an African American history and culture museum in Washington, DC, and a jazz music festival in Idaho.
In memory of those well loved.
In gratitude of those who serve.

We will donate $50 from every settlement this year to the American Cancer Society, Blue Ridge Hospice or a charity of your choice to thank you for your business.

"I had the most wonderful experience with Tess. Not only did I use her in 2012 to buy I returned in 2017 to list/sell and buy another home. Super helpful and knew tons about the area I wanted to be in. Tess went out of her way to meet us at odd times and show homes. I listened to her advice and input which turned out to help me make the right decision for my needs. I cant thank her enough for all the time she gave us."
